Description
This series of song circles is open to anyone - even those that think they can't sing.
Together we will share simple and beautiful songs in a safe environment.
We will have time to meet and connect with each other, growing our community through song.

What you will experience
Through song we can find useful mantras to support our daily lives.
Singing together releases oxytocin in our bodies helping us to feel grounded and supported.
Coming together on a friday morning, helps us to release the pressures of the week and prepare us for a nourishing weekend.
I share songs that are easy to learn so that we get to experience more of the vibrations of the song in our bodies.
Community singing is for everyone. Many of us have had messages in the past about our voices or have been told we can't sing. I truly believe that we all can sing and when we sing together we are supported to find sounds that feel good in our bodies. I create a safe space without judgement for us to find our voices and experience the joy of singing.
This song circle is also open to parents and caregivers bringing babies and children.
