Wintering retreat Description
As we head into the darker months, this is an ideal time to reflect and set some intentions for how we want to be over winter.
it is a time when our personal culture changes - we can direct this and set useful patterns that support our reflection, well-being and creativity. During our time together we will embed some simple nature connection practices for the time when being outside doesn't come so naturally.
The darker months can bring quietness, but at times loneliness, so gathering in community to share, eat, craft and sing together is deeply nourishing.
This is an exciting opportunity to connect, relax, have fun and learn with Looby.
Experience the Magic of Applewood

What you will experince
We will be following the flow of energy in ourselves and the natural world over the weekend. There will be times of quiet reflection, sharing circles, joyful singing,
Weather permitting we will connect with the fire element outside. There will be time for walking the land and being held by the magic of Applewood.
We will be doing a design for ourselves to set intentions and direction for our nourishing wintering.
We will be using both the Mother Nature card decks and the CEED deck to guide and encourage us.
